2011 Classified Annex

Date: Friday, May 6, 2011 (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)

Location: The Aerospace Corporation
2310 East El Segundo Blvd, El Segundo, CA 90245

The Classified Annex is being held at the Aerospace Corporation (approximately 1 mile from the conference hotel) in the DoD Secret/NOFORN level in the A8 Conference Room. View the Classified Annex flyer for agenda details.

Seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. 

U.S. Citizens only

Registration for the Classified Annex is a two-step process:

  1. Payment via online registration: www.regonline.com/2011classified. If you would prefer to mail/email/fax your registration for an additional $15 admin fee, you can print this form. Registration Fee: $225 (if processed online); $240 (if processed via email/mail/fax) Registration is closed after April 15.

  2. Submittal of Security Clearance Information: The deadline for providing your security information is April 25, 2011.  Any visit requests received after the April 25, 2011 deadline will not be processed and you will not be allowed to attend the Classified Annex.   3. NOTE: Aerospace Corporation employees are not required to send in their Visitor Authorization Letter. Clearances can be verified through the Aerospace Corporation database. However, all employees are required to register.
