Guidelines for Exhibit Spaces

All displays must be setup
and torn down during the following hours. Staffers from your company are
responsible for setting up and tearing down your display.
Setup: 2 - 4pm, May 7
Teardown: 2 - 4pm, May 10

Displays should highlight your company and
be focused on the topic of the conference.

All displays must be confined to 10’
wide x 7’ ft deep (if 2 spaces are reserved = 20’ wide x 7’ deep).

You are encouraged to staff your display (up
to two “exhibitor-only staff” each day), to answer questions
during registration, breakfasts, coffee breaks, lunches and evening networking
receptions. Booth hours: Mon: 4pm - 7pm; Tues & Wed: 7am – 7pm; Thurs: 7am – 2pm

Every exhibitor space must have at least
one
person as a paid registrant attending the conference. See the Reinventing Space

Shipping and receiving services must be
arranged for directly with the hotel. For hotel shipping information click on
above shipping link.

Exhibits requiring electrical power will have an additional charge – see “Westin Exhibit Fees” form.

Companies having exhibited at previous
conferences will be given priority through October 2011. After that, exhibit
spaces are assigned on a first come, first served basis.
