1 An attendee is considered a student if they are currently enrolled in a graduate course. An attendee is considered a young professional (YP) if they are an AIAA member under the age of 35.

Cancellation Policy: Participants may cancel their registration before April 20, 2012 for a full refund, minus a $75 processing fee. On or after April 20th registration fees will not be refunded, however, name substitutions may be made at any time.
