Comments from the third Responsive Space Conference:

  • Excellent! Thank you for including Stratcom. At this time, there should be more emphasis on the high level discussions versus the individual technologies. How do we turn this into a decision-making event? Is that even do-able? LtCol. Robert Drozd

  • Networking was good. A couple of excellent speakers. Could be held a day shorter. Livingston Holder

  • Good and exciting to see the growth and high level attention it is receiving with 3 years. Mike Hurley

  • Well-run, efficient, growing.

  • Excellent. Ed Kneller

  • Very good to excellent. Especially like avoidance of parallel sessions.

  • Overall excellent conference. The hotel, facilities and food/refreshments were first class. The presentations covered a wide variety of topics at various levels of detail – sometimes difficult to make sense of what’s important, but that has been and will be a problem for responsive space for some time. Patrick Frakes

  • Very enjoyable. Well laid out; well thought out; hosts were great; hotel worked well and was pleasant. Matt Steele

  • Very good; did not attend previous conferences so I can’t compare. As far as conferences go in general, well organized and executed.

  • Very good and informative to size up the community and trends Lubo Jocic

  • Organized very well, session schedules flowed nicely. I’m very impressed.

Responsive Space Conference Registration:

Addressing Hurdles to

Achieving Responsive Space

The 2005 Responsive Space Conference will address the vision and the reality of responsive space in meeting the needs of DoD, NASA, and the commercial community to respond to a changing world.

Establish you and your organization as key participants in this ongoing discussion of on-demand, flexible, low-cost space missions. We will review and discuss both the progress to date and the remaining technical, operational, and regulatory hurdles. What is the status of the AF/DARPA FALCON responsive launch program? How can the momentum for responsive space be maintained or increased? How can we best take advantage of emerging opportunities in the near term? Come be a part of the discussion and the solution.

The Responsive Space Conference is organized by the AIAA LA and Orange County Sections and the AIAA Space Systems and Space Transportation Technical Committees. Come join us.
